The association relies on a volunteer committee, structured around key roles ensuring the continuity and quality of the organization. Particular attention is paid to the transfer of responsibilities and the renewal of active members.

In 2026, the organization is strengthened by the arrival of new members notably in charge of logistics, volunteers, and catering during the tournament. The general secretariat and communication ensure the stability of the structure, while a new position dedicated to organizing year-round awareness-raising events reinforces the impact of actions carried out outside the tournament.

The Swiss Open Geneva is organised by a non-profit association committed to the development of wheelchair tennis and the promotion of inclusion through sport. We are proud that this commitment is officially recognised by UNESCO, which has granted its patronage to the event.

Since its creation, the association has striven to offer athletes a professional competitive environment, while ensuring an accessible, friendly and widely open event.
